Well...This SUCKS!

So I get 4 losses and knocked out of the playoffs because my opponents won't show? So far I only know of major junk playing this weekend and Xvinsible has not responded to PM or post. Pyro said he would be on Tuesday and he was, but as soon has he finished his game with skater he was gone. The destroyer said tuesday and I did not see him. I'm not bitching, just stating where I am if anyone is wants to know. I know I have missed some time myself, but I have been willing and available to get the games played at any cost.

damn man hate to hear it, i was hoping for atleast a tie between us so i could win it fair and square. i'll do my best to repesent in the playoffs man. thkx

 

First off they won't keep you from the playoffs. We know you have been available and it has been some of your opponents fault. Xinvisible has till sunday to get his games played otherwise we will be playing his games for him. fyi the scoreboard will probably close down on tuesday of next week but we shall see. Also, i know you don't like IM programs but they really do help in getting a hold of your opponents.

 

Glad to hear I may still have a chance. I do use IM...I sent Xvinsible a message early this week and if I'm not mistaken Pyro and destroyer got one too...but I'm no 100% sure.

I'm available for the next two days. So give me a shout when you wanna play, and yes its been very hard to contact you, because I do not believe you have an IM program other then IRC (when you never log onto)... because that would make it a lot easier to get a match organized.

I always thought that games should be set up using this forum and PM? IM was a second method...I'll go with the flow if it's IM.

ICQ is the only one that does not hack my system. Although the latest update dumped some crap that I have to look into. ICQ has an option to link to AIM and that is as close as I want to get to AOL.

 

Many of us have dumped them all and switched to Trillian (I use the v2.0 Pro version):

Doesn't embed itself in your system like AIM, MSN, Yahoo.

Doesn't kill system resources like running all 4 at once.

Allows you to rename each contact and maintain buddy lists with IM handles from any of the 4 IM clients in the same grouping (very handy).
