I can't think of what famous coach said it but it's something I like to follow and maybe we all can : "Act like you have been there before." Meaning act like you have won something before.

I wasn't getting a whole lot of communication from my team and I was reminding them or informing them of the need to push the D-pad in order to communicate and I got interrupted by some pretty immature comments from a 14 year old, or was it 15? Just remember : We are a mature league, no matter what your age is.

Kudos to the Prophets, you guys really took it to us last night. Having a Major and I think a Colonel on the same squad really showed during gameplay. I actually learned allot last night from playing you guys. I can't wait for the next one.

It's even worse when that 14/15 yr old doesn't even show up on either team's roster yet still was there playing influencing the outcome.

Having to hold down the D-pad to talk completely ruins the team aspect of the game, IMO. It either screws you up when you're trying to shoot/run/jump/whatever or delays you to the point where you're already dead by the time you can get the message out.

Ya hes a friend of my brother in laws. Sorry it was such a problem, byt we have done it before in the Gears of War league a few times, so I figured no one would have minded. I asked him to play, since we were down and I didnt wasnt to cancel the match since it would have been 3 on 5. We will stick with 4 v 4 from now and look for some new stuff coming soon. I got a few ideas up my sleave to spice up the league and keep in interesting and enjoyable to all.

I think instead of canceling, we would have chosen 3 out of the 5 we had to play or just stuck with 4v3. Just like we would've raced in the Forza league even if a team was down players. It probably wouldn't have been a problem IMO if a)he wasn't so good and b)if he wasn't so annoying! Thankfully it's not like Halo2 that you still hear your opponent after he kills you.

I'm not a fan of big team battles because of that damn Mic setting. Is there a way to keep it on?

I agree with all of the above.....I understand why the kid played...who wouldve known he would dominate and be so annoying....90% of the time I forgot to press the dpad before I spoke....I cant stand that function. Kudos to the other team though. We got rocked.
