the local gamestore here just called me to say they have my copy of halo 2 sitting in a box in the back waiting for me tomorrow night at midnight!
unfortunately it will be you and 300 other people in line at midnight to get your copy in a box from the back, I think we are all facing the same situation. I am not looking forward to standing in line with stupid t.v. reporters asking stupid questions, nor am I interested in listening to the teenage kids go on and on about how they 0wnz J00... oh well, if I can get through that without absoloutely freaking out on someone it will make playing the game that much sweeter...
nope i ordered mine from a locally owned chain of stores in omaha and lincoln and the location im at only has 45 preorders and they recieved 360 copys of halo 2.
lincoln is half the size of omaha, omaha has around 700,000 people while lincoln is around 350,000. but everyone here goes to gamestop or ebgames i guess they thought gamers wouldnt have them early. oh well there loss!
Ohh, ic so it is a smaller chain store? That makes sense. Yea all the big time game stores are loaded with pre-orders.
