It looks like someone got there hands on a few copies of H2 Limited Edition copies and now selling them on ebay.

There's no way this guy is actually going to ship these. Probably just trying to scam someone out of their money. Or they took some of the empty boxed from a store and took a pic of those?

 

He has got a pretty good seller rating.

 

He's going to have a pretty good lawsuit too...these have to be stolen, if they're legit copies.

Overhype is not a good thing, no matter how good it is it gets really hard to live up too the hype. It starting to feel like Star Wars episode one.

 

overhype? this game is no more overhyped than gta series and they sell fine. if anything there should be more commercials more promoting of the game

 

I'm also surprised I haven't seen more commercials for this game. On a sidenote anyone see the commercial for KillZone? That game looks pretty sweet. Too bad its on PS2.

 

You must not watch a lot of FSN or ESPN. It seems they are always playing that H2 commerical!

 

i have only seen the commercial on spike and mtv.

 

I not surprised. I mean from a marketing stand point why advertise when you know people are going to buy. Imean with all the preorders they have it is no need to advertise. Thats money they can pocket. I also have not seen any advertising for the game that awfully muc, but like I say I totally understand why not. .02

 

i would do it because regardless of how many copies H2 is goin to sell, this is the game that is going to convert people from ps2 more than any other game. sony to me really advertises gta well i will always think of vice city when i hear that flock of seagulls song cause that commercial ran so darn much

 

They are trying to grow the market outside the hardcore audience. Interactive media is still quite young when compared to other mediums, given it's revenues are quite high, but look at Japan's Broadband base. Games helped drive that adoption. Microsoft is just trying to get everyone else on board.

i love those commercials. new one with G N R is cool too but i doubt it'll be as catch as the flock of seagulls

 

Ya that new commercial is pretty sweet too, but like you said that flock of seaguls one is more catchy.

 

Not surprising...Meijer's in Michigan was was already selling them to the public.
