Potential LGHL Season 7 NHL General Manager Applicants

Good Morning!



I have recently submitted my name down to attempt to acquire an available organization & become it's new owner in regards to this upcoming Season 7. There have been 60+ Applicants who have expressed interest & the list is still growing in the leagues potential owner spots opening for this upcoming season. With the understanding that not all 60+ are qualified for those positions I think it is a good show of interest within the LGHL that we have that many wanting to become owners & attempt to better the league moving forward. I haven't been given an organization but I have been given an interview in regards to my interest & submitted application. I'd like to stay ahead of the process so I've reached out to individuals who wish to be General Managers that submitted their interest in the section provided on the LGHL forum by @Man-Bear-Pig titled : Season 7 NHL/AHL Management Applications. I've received many driven & potentially good candidates messages in regards to their General Manager applications that they gave back to myself & will continue to build the list of candidates up. I don't want to leave any stone unturned during this process of searching for reliable NHL General Managers. This message is for those of you who HAVEN'T filled out a Season 7 NHL Management Application, those of you who have filled out to be a Season 7 NHL Owner & don't wish to be anymore or anyone who thinks they know of someone who has recently expressed interest in becoming a General Manager within the LG. I would be happy with whatever team the league wishes to give me. I understand that they have many qualified applicants & it will take time to review things in regards to ownership spots available. I am hoping that they get the right people in the right spots who have expressed interest.

like I told @Pastahnak I would be very appreciative of any organization the league wishes to give me if that is the case knowing I might most likely be walking into a either disaster of an organization that needs to be overhauled or an organization that has a few pieces that are able to be developed into something productive & can be built up from there. Either way it will be a process that I am looking forward to the challenge to take on. ​

I appreciate the mixed message. It's unfortunate that you wouldn't want to play in my organization as you wouldn't be playing for me, You'd be playing for the name of the team & the players around you.

I also appreciate the show of confidence in me. I think as an owner I will be just that, It is important to find the right General Managers who are good with the finances & scouting to be able to build around. I will give credit to where credit is due if given an organization but I also will expect management & the players to represent the LG brand the best & professional way possible. ​

 

The league needs more John Sheldon’s.

I appreciate it but I have done nothing as of this moment & haven't been given an owners role. I am just trying to get interested parties on who want's to be part of management come season 7. ​
