The Season 2 Beta Playoffs are underway!

Hey guys,

The tournaments are set up. You'll see four different tours to play under "LT S2", but you are to play in your respective division.

I thought long and hard about this, and the data tells me one there...there are FOUR Elite Players at LT. Only FOUR people are qualified to be the TRUE Champion of Season 2. This is the Diamond Flight:

Couldn't make a damn putt worth my life on Ballyntine. Winds were 5-10mph consistently. Two rounds I was -2 through 8 holes. Pathetic by my standards as I like the course. 63-62-59-61. -35 total. Was hoping to reach at least -40 after my pitiful start. I bet I finish 4th out of 4 on this course.

 

I just feel lucky to be included in this great grouping! Best of luck to everyone

Remember to play in your proper tournament level! You're only competing against the qualifiers in your level!

Folks, this tournament is limited to the playing field listed above that qualified in this beta test we're running.

I realize I am in the bronze level, commish! I jst feel lucky to have such a poor player as myself be awarded for playing most every week in the great league

 

Played a bit better on Shakespeare in heavy winds, but some silly amateur like bogeys cost me dearly. Adjusted to the firmness pretty well. Some pins, don't even think about being close. Just focus on chipping from the back of the green half the time.

smh at Ballyntyne being in this, incredibly unfair sloped greens in that thing coupled with med fast speed. oh well,playing first round in double digit winds..... safe to say i'll be joining the wind waiter crowd after this first round.

 

Well played disturbed, i think im done for the season and probably wont play any more tournaments. Really hope someone does this for ea sports pga tour. Plus i hope to play a few of a few rounds once its released.

 

It's interesting that we have a bunch of randoms playing as well (at least in the Silver flight). Is this the same in the other flights?

 

It's happened plenty thus far. People who don't read the instructions. Oh well. I'm deleting scores. Hate doing it, but this is a special beta test, and it is what it is.

 

Curious. The leader in the bronze posted -20 but I don't see him on any leaderboard in the game. How's this possible?

Played horrible on both courses but it was great fun! Thanks for letting me be a part of this beta and can't wait for Season 3 to start, hopefully on June 15th!

 

not playing well (too impatient to be a "wind waiter", but love the format and opportunity...

 

Stunk up the place in both events :cry: and have to say that Shakespeare may be the most irritating course I have played. I did however enjoy it in a masochistic kind of way but still don't understand it at all. Thank you to all LT competitors and staff for a well run and fun season.

 

Sorry for the brief delay on my part. Was at a business conference (You'll see I didn't finish ), and had one of my daughters' b-day party.

I'll be checking both consoles to verify scores today and hope to post the final results. Then, I'll announce the current planned changes for Season 3, and we'll go from there.
