Did anyone receive their subscription card from this offer yet? I have not yet and my XBoxLive sub. just auto-renewed today. So much for all of that savings. I guess if/when it does arrive, I'll get another year tacked on for only $19.99.
I just called their customer service ( 1.877.588.8932), she said they're still on backorder and they're waiting for Microsoft to send them. She asked if I wanted to cancel the order... I told her hell no, that's 60% off of retail. Me thinks those cards will never come in. It may have been too good to be true and MS isn't going to fill those orders.
I got mine. But they pulled a fast one on me. I was a beta tester and was told I was getting a free month. So, last year, I renewed on Dec 16th. This year, they sent out an email (which I didn't get because I changed my e-mail without changing it in the xbox dashboard) that said that they were billing the beta testers on Nov 16. So, long story short, I go the card, but didn't use it before I was billed another year anyway. Oh.. I got the card about 1 week after I ordered it. I've been sitting on it for months. Hope I didn't loose it. LOL.
and by next year xbox 2 will probably be out so you won't need that card I'll buy it off you for 30 bucks
Not sure what I'm going to do with it right now. My step son really wants XBox LIVE for Christmas, so I am looking into giving it to him, but I don't have the headset to give him and I have to increase my broadband service to handle it all. If I buy a headset, I might as well buy the new kit that is now $60. Not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I'm pretty sure the card will work on Xbox 2, it is a LIVE subscription, not a XBox 1 card. LOL.
I have 2 XBox's My Original with the Thompson Drive, still working like a charm. And a Halo Green, Haven't set up yet. But will soon. Den/Game Room is going through compelte remodel, will have before & After pics soon.
Well, I also got an email from them saying it's on backorder... so I guess we will eventually get those cards for the $19.99, but it might take a while. As long as it's before Dec. '05, my next renewal, I'm happy.
How do little cards go back order? LOL Does it really take that long to produce those lame subscription cards?
i remember that i ordered this and i received it within a week. thats what i used last time to renew my subscription.
I ordered this back in May when it first was offered and received it within a week. Has anyone received their card they ordered in October is the question. I have yet to receive mine. It shows backordered still.
