10/28/2003 Release d can't friggin wait, my hopes for Soul Caliber 2 on live just got busted by xbox.com so this will have to take it's place.

I absolutely hate waiting for a game i really want to play. As of Today: Topspin: EB - 10/28/2003 Gamestop - 10/01/2003 Gamespot - 10/15/2003 IGN - TBA xbox.com - Fall 2003 Amped 2: EB - 10/28/2003 Gamestop - 10/28/2003 Gamespot - 10/29/2003 IGN - TBA xbox.com - Holiday 2003 Looks like Amped 2 definitely got pushed a month, but Topspin? Those dates are all over the place in October. Topspin has it's rating already, Amped is still pending getting the rating. Hopefully Topspin is to the point where they are at the production stage, making discs, and assembling the games getting ready to ship.
Bummer on Amped 2 being delayed. It was still showing 9/30 as of yesterday (when I made that Upcoming XBL titles post). I'll update the forums to reflect the new estimated dates. As for Top Spin, Gamestop just recently updated their date to 10/1. They had been showing 10/14 for a long time, so I'm just assuming the other retailers are just a little slower on their release date updates.
I think gamestop is trying to boost advance sales. Remember how wishy washy they were with MotoGP 2? EB had the most solid date.
I am just so glad that the first online tennis game is being done right! Top Spin will definately be finding a home, in my library:!:
