AcesCracked17 was found to have contacted an AGM under contract on another team via PM, asking them to trade themselves to San Jose. This falls under player tampering. As a result, AcesCracked17 has been issued a 1 week suspension. Reference Article IV, section 5.6 of the league's constitution: "5.6 : Player Tampering Player tampering is defined as the act of a Owner/Manager contacting a Player(privately or publicly) under contract by another organization with the intent to inform the Player of: - The intent to acquire the Player - Informing the Player his or her organization currently has the Player on their trade block - Recommending a Player uses his or her trade request to force their team’s hand in trading the Player - Recommending to a Player they not try during games, throw games intentionally or refuse to play on his or her current team - Recommending a Player give poor availability with the intentions of the Player’s current team moving the Player - Any other issue related to a Manager of an opposing team have a Player take an action to encourage his or her current team to move them in a transaction Punishment for non-compliance: Depending on the severity of the complaint, will depend on which degree of violation is issued. Recommended Best Practice : Common sense rule. This is for respect of the League's integrity and overall simulation environment."

According to the constitution he didn't break any rules ... if anything he trolled the guy knowing that the idiot couldn't trade himself. With this logic attempting to talk any trade at all with AGM's is considered player tampering.

The fact that you guys are trying to give Sabba the title of player and GM is crazy. The constitution already states that he can't trade himself as an AGM so you guys are out here fishing and completely ignoring what the rules are and creating yours as you go along.

 

I guess it's just situational, rules that point blank state you can't do something are just more of a suggestion.

Haha I'm fucking around I don't care everyone just always seems to bitch and say Brayden traded himself when you guys would of moved him there anyways so I dunno why people care, well maybe bc there was no comp and everyone knew he was going to quit but I only posted it bc everyone seems to think he traded himself
