another season?

Do you guys think there will be a season 6? I hope there is; I still have a few teams I want to run through some leagues.

I'd definitely participate. Maybe we can do a tournament or something instead of a full season? If this season is indeed the last, I'll probably sell 07.

There is not going to be another league with this game. A tournament is certainly a possibility but season 6 will be using the next game.

 

Then I'm definately gonna sell it after this season is over. I definately got my $60 outta this game; one of my favorite football titles to date. I guess it's a good thing, because I've only played like 10 games of madden. I have some catching up to do.

PS. I can't wait to run all over some w/ PJ Hill in season 6.

 

Why will there not be another season?

 

Im not seeing the interest in the game anymore. We're down to 14 people and 2 or 3 of those are hardly what i'd call active. If something changes i'm open to reconsidering but right now its not looking like it.

 

I'd really like another season, but drake's got a point. There's only 4 or 5 in the league that are actively trying to schedule games. One guy in the league hasn't even visited the site in weeks.

 

Speaking of, are we going to get credited a win? Or will a replacement be found to play out the schedule?

Its already done. You, and unfortunately all of us, will have to wait until NCAA 08. Hopefully we'll have a tournament or something.

 

i think there would be more than enough interest in doing some single elimination tourneys.

Dude its done. We already each took a 2-0 win over him since he bailed.

 

I played a game today and forgot how much I love this game. I don't think I'm going to trade it in until 08 comes out. we should get a tourney going after the playoffs end. I'd also be down for playing some of the bowl game matchups with some people. I think it has been a great bowl season so far.

 

yeah, I think OSU pretty much has it locked up. They probably got it locked up in the NCAA league as well
