    Section 2 : Weekly Scheduling Procedures

    2.1 : Player Availability

    Availability threads are generated each week in the team locker rooms on Thursday, prior to the week of play.

    Players are required post their availability each week in that thread. This is done by selecting your position for the games you're available for, and some management may also require you to post in that thread as well.

    2.2 : Deadlines

    Players have until 5 PM Sunday, each week, to submit their availability for the upcoming week.

    Management is required to have their team's lines posted in the system by the deadline of Sunday at 8 PM.

    2.3 : Scheduling Restrictions

    2.3.1 : Submitting Availability

    Players will be able to play regardless if they submitted availability or not. But also realize that management, as well as the league, reserves the right to issue a removal warning to players for excessively not submitting availability.

    2.3.2 : Positions

    Players may play in any position their management seems fit, There is no position lock. However all players must be scheduled and have the opportunity to play in a minimum of 50% of their teams games each week. This is to ensure everyone has a chance to play in all matches equally.

    There is no maximum number for games played each week (Except for Training Camp Players which is 2 games and Forfeits do not count towards that). If a player is unable to make his scheduled game, management is then allowed to replace that player with another roster player within their organization that is willing to play. This is to try and reduce the amount of forfeits within the league.

    2.3.3 : Forfeits

    If there is a forfeit, the lineups for those games are locked. You may not substitute players in and out of forfeit games.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Section 3 : Reschedules/Replays/Forfeits
    3.1 : Reschedules
    The League will only reschedule games under the following circumstances :
    - The LGFA Staff issues a statement that ALL games will be rescheduled (minus any games that have already been played).
    - Both Owners submit proof to the BoG as to why the game should be re-scheduled.
    - Acts of God.
    3.2 : Replays
    LGFA Staff will determine a rescheduled date for instances where ALL games are impacted by an LGFA Staff statement.
    For individual instances where both Owners submit proof to the BOG and a ruling has been made, a replay will be scheduled for the immediate Thursday at 9:00 PM.
    In the event that a team has multiple replays, the first replay will be scheduled for the immediate Thursday at 9:00 PM and the second replay will be scheduled for the same immediate Thursday at 10 PM.
    In the event that a team has three (3) or more replays, the first two replays will be as stated above, with the remaining games scheduled at a time mutually agreed upon by both Owners and with confirmation of scheduled game sent to LGFA Staff. If a time is not mutually agreed upon, the BOG will set a date and time for the game based upon input from both owners.
    3.3 : Forfeits
    Criteria for Forfeits:
    - A team can’t get 8 Players online by the allotted deadline for each game.
    - A Player did not return in the allotted +10 minutes, or an ECU was not present before the additional 10 minutes elapsed in the event of a disconnection.
    - If both teams cannot find 8 Players by the +5 minute mark, the game will be ruled as a 0-0 tie.
    The Procedure for a forfeit is as follows :
    - Players are not to be subbed in or out of the game.
    - No Player stats are to be recorded.
    - The only stat that will be recorded is 1-0 (or 0-0 if a double forfeit) for the score.
    - A note indicating the forfeit (and what type of forfeit it is) should be documented in the notes box provided in the LG Stats System for that game.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Section 4 : Tie Breakers

    In situations where teams tie with the same amount of points in a season, the LG Standings system will break the ties based on the following set criteria.

    Tie Breaker Criteria (In order of determination) :
    - Greater differential (positive) between goals for and goals against for the entire regular season.
    - Greater number of games won.
    - Fewer goals allowed
    - Head to Head Record
    - Coin Flip
