We all didnt know what happend lol everyone stood still then we're like oh shit and started skating hahah
Im going to bring a different insight on this thread and discuss my thoughts on two aspects of the beta. 1. The Center position. At the moment, only two builds (Two way Forward and Playmaker) receive the highest faceoff attribute ranked at 91 while using the Faceoff 2 Perk. The other builds available do not receive 91 faceoffs even while using the Faceoff 2 Perk which now limits our selection if you want to play center. I think NHL 18 did it correctly by having builds receive a universal rating for faceoffs so that counters and timing (and connection) is what dictated a Faceoff win. In my opinion, faceoff ratings should be universal and the faceoff perk should be removed from the game. EDIT: I was told in the chatbox that every build has the same Faceoff attribute but im almost positive thats false. I tried every build and never got 91 in the others besides for the ones listed. Im at work today so if someone wants to check, they may have changed it. 2. The paralyzing bumps while carrying the puck and the crazy Auto-Lock for checking from far while holding up your right stick for a hit. This really takes a toll when trying to cycle the puck or carry it down low in the offensive zone. Ive tried big builds, small builds, different weights and sizes. Nothing seems to make a difference. This is just my opinions on some aspects. Overall, I think this is finally an NHL game that is being pushed in the right direction. Feel free to discuss my points because im curious if anyone else feels differently or has a different insight
