I have been getting my stuff from hockeygiant, I like their prices. I see you have already looked there so I am no help! Have you looked on eBay? They have some good stuff on there sometimes. I just bought a brand new pair of CCM Externo E60's for 100 bucks on there.

yeah - i usually get sticks on ebay for the best deals. closeouts or college kids selling extras. just haven't been a lot lately....although....

there is one i was watching all week. Easton Synergy Elite in my pattern, 85 flex (i usually get 100, but i can deal with this). $66 with 20 mins to go. hopefully i can bag this one for under $100.

It really isn't hard at all. Its one of those things that the more you do the better you get. Just hit up free skate time at your local ice rink and practice. Before you know it you will be a good enough skater to play some pick up leagues or whatever you wanna do.
