So some numbers there is 247 players to be assigned, 2 of those are FSU and Pensman.

Texas is assured around 35-40 of these players before anyone else which gives them a 16.7% advantage in gaining either of them (broad numbers I'm not counting your forwards on TCs tonight.) They took 0 risk however because they will get back player for player everything they gave up before anyone else in the AHL gets a player.

Each team not name Worcester will then get 7 players roughly with 4 teams getting 8 players.


This is how the math breaks down:
Teams getting 8 players: 3.23% to obtain either FSU or Pens
Teams getting 7 Players: 2.83% to obtain either FSU or Pens
Worcester Sharks: 0.00% of getting either
Texas Stars(based on 7): 19.02% chance of gaining FSU and higher on Pensman nearly 85%

 

Untrue there is a acting in bad faith clause, which was basically why I was banned last year. Then you also have rules about intentionally trying to circumvent the systems of the league etc. There is enough rulings out there to have stopped this.
