alright thats cool Jon, I understand you are busy and all with all your leagues and that you probably don't have time to play unless league game. Makaveli, we have an NBA game to play for the NBA league, which shouldn't be discussed in here( my bad), and then we have a game for the Alternate Tournament, so lemme know when you can play today, I will be on nearly all day.
Alright guys, I am open for about 2 weeks now, and am really bored tonight, just watching Colorado vs Ducks(1-0 Ducks yipee), and Lakers beat Denver Nuggets. So, somebody want to play me? Honestly, somebody good play me. I have played Detroit, lost 3-2 in OT and would really like re-match, really great game, lost 3-2 against Calgary in OT would really love to have a re-match. Anyway, Jon and Tris won't play me because of who I am, but that is ok. Anyway, Gurps you wanna play? I believe I beat you like 2-1 before, but then again I am not sure if we played before. Yeah just checked and we did play, 2-1 like I thought, but how about a re-match??? Anybody else that is considered good by a lot of people in the league that wants to play me??? I can hang with any player here so long as I don't use Nashville. Actually I can hang with most players here when I do use Nashville so I know I could be doing better if I had a team like :hstl: or :hdet: or :htor: . Watch what you ask for.
LOL I'm not. I just know I'm a better player than what is reflected by my record or what I'm given credit for. I think I've done fairly well with Nashville. 14 wins, 10 OTL that could've been 10 more wins or some combination. Considering my lack of goal scorers and a marquee/quality goalie I'm somewhat satisfied with my season thus far. With the exception of the last 6-0 beating by Detroit no one has blown me out in a long time. I just think that people that look at me as an easy win are mistaken. :wink:
That's what I like about hockey, even the lowest rated teams can be willed into winning by a good owner. And having a top team doesn't necessary guarantee a winning record. You can pretty much throw out the records at this point of the season, we all have alot of experience with the game and know how to play defense reasonably well. Anything can happen, anyone is beatable.
I am always afraid to play darthor. Always. He kicked the crap out of me twice in a row earlier this season.

I think he was reffering to elite teams. Although i consider gurps the best player in the league. His defense makes me hate this game

what does derek getting a new X-Box for Christmas have to do with this? His old one doens't give anyone disconnects. I know that for a fact!
well we played yesterday, tried 2 times, and he got a dirty disc error on the first game and second game we got a disconnect. Those were the only disconnects I had yesterday in all of my gaming.
DT is on my list because everytime I try a slap shot we get a disconnect because it bounces off of the glass, and in my game slapshots are a huge part, so I haven't played him since, because I take a lot of slap shots.
