I've brought it upon myself to try and write up an overview of each team and how they did during S7 NHL bidding also along with their starting lineup. I'll be going through each team and going through each of their "impactful" prospects that could crack the lineup this year. If I trigger any owner by putting insanely unrealistic lines, then get over it because this is my write-up and maybe you should follow my advice. I won't get every team right but I shall try my best.

I know i've been only here one season, but I feel like I know who is good and who is not. Plus I have people I can ask questions too also.

The Anaheim Ducks are coming off a second round exit in Season 6 and are looking to rebound with @xXAucoin1Xx at the steering wheel again. Looking at the current roster, it looks like the Ducks will be a competitive team in a west that will easily slip into a playoff position early.

Arizona Coyotes

Arizona is coming off of a decent season last season led by @Moranaconda where they were just a couple wins off of claiming a playoff spot. The coyotes have made waves during this bidding session and they are looking like another competitive team this season.

Boston Bruins

Boston was having a great season last season and were looking powerful going into the playoffs. They eliminated Florida like 6 times and then got kicked out of the playoffs anyway. @eZDangles will lead the team this season and @joestud18 is just hoping that he won't get screwed this season again, or it will be back to just winning FNP.

Buffalo Sabres

I will be comparing this team to S6 Chicago. Chicago successfully won the cup in season 6 after beating Columbus in 6 games. After the roster swap, the Sabres are not looking like Chicago last season but they have a very good defensive core while having a weaker offensive core. I don't really know the goalie situation. My personal opinion is that this team will end up in the middle of the playoff teams, 2nd or 3rd in division.

Calgary Flames

Calgary came off a pretty awful season last year that was lead by @x Loops 19 x and it was not pretty. They finished 32-48-1 after the season was over. Looking at their roster now, nothing is really popping out to me that they will be contenders, but you never know what could happen.

Carolina Hurricanes

Carolina seemed like one of the more quiet teams that was able to sneak into the playoffs. They ended their season to the Columbus Blue Jackets in round 2 of the playoffs. This bidding session, the Hurricanes have added some great offensive core that could help them this year, but I feel like their defense has gotten a little bit weaker. They lost @Flyersap but @Back342 should be the starting goaltender.

Chicago Blackhawks

I will be comparing the Chicago Blackhawks to the old Buffalo Sabres of S6. In my eyes, this team has great players, but overall I don't think I can see this team performing well. I could be wrong of course just like any other team, but there have only been a few notable pickups while there also being surprising pickups. @xX_PARAYKO_55Xx is hoping he can lead the Blackhawks to the playoffs in his first management season in the NHL.

Colorado Avalanche

This team last year I don't think should of been eliminated in the first round. These guys were a very competitive team and they are looking more powerful this year. With the second overall pick they were able to pick up @l_Giroux_x_28_l who I know nothing about except that he is a good versus player. This team will be one of the top teams in the standings for my predicition.

Columbus Blue Jackets

Coming off of a Stanley Cup final appearance, the Blue Jackets look just as strong as they did last year. They have lost a little bit of defensive depth, but have gained more offensive power in @XxJusT4TheShoWxX but while also losing @JF5 x. This team will be a team that sneaks into a division spot and possibly completes the same run they did last season.

Another quiet team that slipped right into the playoffs. When comparing this team to last season's team, I think the S6 detroit red wings take the cake or it's just very close to equal. I think this team will be competitive but won't make it for the long run in the end. They have lost some pretty important pieces that are hard to replace.

The team that got eliminated like 14 times. This team is looking fantastic going into this season. This team is just adding more fuel to the fire that is the Eastern conference. Their only weak point I would add would be their offence core, but it's not even that bad. There are great players on this team and I could see this team going far this season.

Montreal Canadiens

Another bottom feeder team last season that improved this season greatly. They grabbed some pieces from the show, grabbed some pieces from season 5 Valdor, and out popped this team. I find this team in a weird situation, because I am not sure if they have the core to be contenders, but they can definitely make the playoffs. They have upgraded in all situations I find and it just beefs up the Atlantic more. I don't know if Gunass actually left the team or not.

This team was able to sneak into the playoffs just to get matched up against Chicago. In my opinion I think this team is about equal to last year's team while also adding some great pieces to the franchise. I predict that this team will sneak into the playoffs again, but not be able to compete for the final prize. They were able to get their best forwards at an insane price of just 500,000 also.

New York Islanders

I'd like to think this is another quiet team that was quiet in the last season. They made the playoffs but then lost in seven to the Hurricanes. When I look at the roster from last season to the roster this year, I want to say that the S7 roster is either equal or better to the roster last year. They had to replace @Tcx7 on the front-end, and they did that by adding Kush. They look a little weaker on the goalie side but I predict that they make another little run in the playoffs.

Not much to say about last season's NYR. Just bad decisions all around I guess. When looking at this season's NYR, this team could possibly be a force but also couldn't be. Sadly I could see this team fighting for a wildcard spot because I am not sure if all the talent is there. But what do I know?

This team was a powerhouse last season, and honestly I can see them going far again with the team they have now. The only thing I question is the goalie tandem. It's the best goalie tandem in the league, but is it really needed? With @JTresatti switching from G to F and is now the owner, it looks like he might be able to take this team far again with the team he is building.

Philadelphia Flyers

This team was not very good last year to put it simple as that. When I look at the roster of last year, and the roster of today I think they have improved but overall I think Philadelphia will struggle to find themselves in a playoff position. I don't think the talent is there to force themselves into a playoff position or to be competitive against teams like New Jersey and Columbus. Anything is possible though!

Pittsburgh Penguins

The team that won the @JClaus33 sweepstakes! I am not sure what to exactly think of this team yet because I was somewhat in the same position last year. Pittsburgh has a great forward core when it comes to Grzz, Kraz, Jclaus and Weap. When it comes to defense I see they have picked up @ae_Casso which might be a great pickup while also grabbing @TheKaner_88 . This team will be a powerhouse team in the front end, but might lack a little bit of depth.

This team fell short in the playoffs to LA in the first round last season. They had a great team on paper but they couldn't produce in the playoffs to continue. When I look at the roster now, I can see this team making it further then the last team. There is some great talent on the sharks and I can most definitely see them making the playoffs.

This team was also a dumpster fire last season, finishing the season 31-43-8 for last in the central. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw them last in the central again sadly. I don't like to be mean that often but nothing on this team stands out to me, even Streetsmurf doesn't. They might surprise but I don't see them clawing for a wildcard position.

Tampa Bay Lighting

Another team last season that tried to claw for the wildcard spot but failed to as the Vancouver Canucks. Comparing that team to this team is on another level. This team just beefs up the Atlantic division even more by adding their strong offensive core and their defensive core. This team should easily make the playoffs, but I feel like every team in the east is going to make the playoffs.

Toronto Maple Leafs

Another silent team in my opinion. Toronto got taken out by Columbus in the first round of the playoffs last season. This year I can see them going a lot further then the first round. Vancouver Canucks

The Canucks just missed the playoffs by a hair last season as the Tampa Bay Lightning where they weren't able to get it done. Now with new management in Vancouver, the whole team has been rebuilt. I'm not quite sure what this team will do to be honest. They have some talent in the forwards but when it comes to defense and goalie it may lack a little bit.

Vegas Golden Knights

These guys were the powerhouse of the regular season last season in the Pacific. I was surprised to see them out in the first round but I guess it's the game we play. When comparing last season's roster to this season's roster, I see pretty much the exact same roster talent-wise. I can see this roster making the playoffs but then possibly falling off during the run again.

Washington Capitals

The Capitals last season were a team who tried to make a push for the playoffs but made it a little bit to late into the season where they just fell short of the playoffs. When I look at the roster I sort of see that the roster didn't change that much talent-wise and I could see this team fighting for a wildcard spot. It will be tough to get into a division with the east being such a strong conference.

Winnipeg Jets

Winnipeg last season was a team who had just finished under a .500 record. They struggled to get anything going with @B-Bunny who was traded from Edmonton. When I look at the new roster of the Jets, I think this is a team that will also be fighting for a wildcard spot in the tough Central division. I don't think this team has the talent to compete with the likes of Dallas and Colorado but they can definitely make the playoffs.
