Buffalo Sabres (83.59) [Prev Ranking #1] They were best franchise at the end of the 12th season and with the end of the 13th season they are still the best but they only remained at the top by inches. However if history is to repeat itself the S14 Buffalo Sabres will be cup contenders as the sabres have never had 3 bad seasons. 2. Colorado Avalanche (83.22) [Prev Ranking #2] Coming up short in the playoffs means the Colorado Avalanche Franchise was unable to dethrone the king, If things do not change next season they will likely be #1. Colorado now has the Highest winning percentage out of any team not named Seattle. 3. Dallas Stars (74.37) [Prev Ranking #4] Another Season of Mediocrity, Despite not making it past the first round since S6 the Dallas stars rise because others fall. Interestingly Dallas has yet to have a season with less then 34 wins. 4. New Jersey Devils (70.16) [Prev Ranking #3] A Bad S13 costs the Devils their 3rd spot, The Devils also lose most of their records to Colorado including Highest W%, Lowest Total Losing%, and Most GFPG. 5. Washington Captials (57.84) [Prev Ranking Unranked] The End of a demise of the Chicago Blackhawks has allowed the Washington Capitals to sneak into the Top 5, Washington has never been to the finals but for 12/13 of the Seasons they have existed they have won at least 40 games. This Recent run (10 Playoff Wins) was their best since Season 1 (11 Playoff Wins) Worst 1. Philadelphia Flyers (-55.68) [Prev Ranking #1] After 13 seasons the Phildelphia Flyers have finally won a playoff series Unforunately they yet to win in the second round, It's gonna take a couple of good seasons for them to finally go positive. And hey atleast Philadelphia's total GD is no longer below -1000 2. Detroit Red Wings (-16.06) [Prev Ranking #3] Detroit has only 3 Playoff wins, Which means Detroit clearly haven't even come close to winning a playoff series. Sad 3. Arizona Coyotes (-13.07) [Prev Ranking #2] Congratulations S13 Arizona Coyotes, Your efforts have allowed the Arizona Coyotes Franchise to be only the 3rd Worst Franchise in LG, Turns out having the 1st and 3rd worst season of all time cancels out winning cup. 4. Winnipeg Jets (-11.81) [Prev Ranking #4] 480 regulation wins and 480 regulation losses, Perfectly balanced as all things should be, The s13 Jets did good enough to prevent the Arizona Coyotes from being only the 4th worst. 5. Ottawa Senators (-8.65) [Prev Ranking Unranked] The First Canadian team to appear on either list, Unfortunately for Ottawa it's not the good one.
