This is a general reminder thread, As per the rules, if any team ff's 25% or more (ie 6 games), the entire team receives an LG Ban. If you were banned and feel like you were not the reason for the ffs, you can file an action centre appeal, however, you must provide screen shots of conversations and proof as to why you were not the reason for the ffs.
