Going to see the Sens play the Thrashers tonight...one of only two games I will be seeing live this year. I hope I won't be disappointed, the Sens are without Jason Spezza and coming off along layoff and the Thrashers are fresh off beating the Canadians. Go Sens Gooooooooooooooooo!! :hott: :hott: :hott: :hott:

Well looks like there was lots of scoring, can’t believe that the Thrashers came back like that in the third. Must have been exciting to see Ottawa hold on like that. How was the hit by Thrashers defenseman Garnet Exelby on Robitaille ?

    Peace

He got nailed pretty good from behind just as he was turning away. It looked worse than it was, he was back in the line-up next game.

Yeah, it was scary for a little bit, the Sens took the 3rd period off.

I didn't know this thread existed...

I've got season tickets to the Devils through my company, so I go to probably 75-80% of the games. A couple of seasons growing up I went to every single home game.

I also wanted to add that I got my tickets off www.stubhub.com. What a great site, I got section 114 3rd row for 40$ a pop. I think the face value is 100 and change.

Thats very surprising. I've delt with StubHub a few times. Once in a while you can get decent seats for a decent price but most of the times the tickets are way over face value. I buy most of mine off of eBay.

Nice find, I didn't know that site existed. It'll be a refreshing change going to see a Canadian team that know how to play hockey won't it,

I've never purchased from stubhub but helped a friend before and it is so easy and convenient, especially when they have the seating chart right there, and some arenas I believe they have photos from the section so you can see the viewing angle.

I'm going to see the Ottawa 67's take on the Oshawa Generals tonight. Of course the significance of that and basically the reason I am going is to see John "the next big thing" Tavares do his thing.

Should be a good game. The Sens have won 3 in a row but not looked impressive doing so.

I still think you blew his comments way out of proportion. I think if anything Paddock was poking fun at the media for running with the hot team all the time. The Sens go on a huge winning streak the act like they are the next Stanley Cup Champions and if the Wings do so the media huddle just sort of shifts over to the other side.

I would critisize Paddock for other things. Like, basically showing no indication that he has helped our team in any way. Sure the Sens are doing well, but lets face it they were going to win alot of games regardless. The way he is handling our goaltending situation is amateur. It's been said he and Emery did not see eye to eye in Binghamton and now he is taking it out on him. Pick a goalie and stick with it!! Not jump back to the other guy everytime he has one bad game.

They say you need good goaltending, good defence etc...to win a Cup. Well, if you need good coaching I don't like our chances.

I will be implanted on my couch with a case of beer at my side on Saturday fixated on the biggest game of the year for the Sens so far.
