Griffins scouting

Hey guys I was gm season 3 of the griffins we Had a rough year.. we made some bad choices and we had some set backs with losing key players off our roster.

Season 4 I am a returning gm with big plans. I have been scouting players by running pick ups and studying profiles.
I am going to be making big changes from last season.

I have come to notice running pick up games is no help to me. Pairing people with other random players is not allowing me to individual players skill level for others hold them back.
