We have completed 5 seasons in NHl 13 and 11 seasons in NHL 14. We are looking for active members that can be competitive on and off the Ice. Our league is small (Western Conference teams only) but are very active members that live for GMC. I am looking for people that can commit to multiple seasons and won't rage after a 8-0 spanking. We play on Hardcore Superstar with authentic rules. We sim every other day and we have a FB group with trade archives and what not. current teams open ARZ CGY WPG our pre season will be during the early release. You can not trade a player that you just recently signed in Free Agency - Skaters on 1 way deals that were signed in free agency must play 20 games or clear waivers before being traded. Goalies Must have 8 games played before being traded. (Players 81 OVR or under) - Players on 2 way deals can be dealt but only after a 2 week period during the season. You may however trade the signed players to users voiding the GP played rule. Anyone you sign in free agency with an overall of 82 or higher will have a NTC until the Trade Deadline. You can only trade current year draft picks (Current year 2019, You can only trade 2019 picks) You may trade your next season picks after the season has concluded - Phase before the draft. You can not trade for a CPU next year pick during the draft period. Can not trade injured players with more than 10 games remaining You can only retain salary on 1 year players You can not put any team over the salary cap in any trade. In the case of disappearing players the user will be rewarded compensation draft pick(s) to trade; - Compensation will be based on the salary of the player (See compensation in GM options). You can't trade players on waivers, you must wait for them to clear before being moved. New GM's New un-respected GM's cannot make trades until they have played in 5 sims. This is to prevent new GM's from making blockbuster deals and then leaving the league shortly after. General Rules Before the first advance of the season, players must designate 2 franchise players which can not be traded, this is to help keep the core of teams intact. The Franchise player must have the potential of ELITE or be a Top Prospect. Players will remain franchise tags until the age of 35. If a franchise tag turns 35 during the season, the GM must wait until July 1st to trade him away. A franchise player must stay on the roster for at least 3 seasons once named. Ex (Patrick Marleau is named a franchise tag and is 34 years old, He must play 3 season before being traded.) Goalies must play a minimum of 900 minutes and 15 games played on the season or the team will be penalized a 2nd round pick in the upcoming season. The Pick will be sent to a CPU team. All teams must carry 1 healthy scratch at all times, teams that fail to have a valid roster will be fined by the league. (teams will be issued 1 warning then they will be penalized if teams still have an invalid roster. 1st violation 3rd Rd Pick, 2nd violation is a 2nd Rd Pick) If both Goalie and Roster violations are broken in the season, the team will forfeit a 1st Round Pick. purposely quitting out of games will result in a fine (discretion of the Commish) If you are inactive, and 5+ teams need to play you, expect a temporary kick. If you don't join back before the end of the next sim, you're team will be available. Best way to avoid being kicked, is to post on the thread that you are online and ready to play. You can play team play as long as it's agreed upon by the opposing player. If you don't play more than 50% of your games for 3 sims, you will be kicked. DNF vs CPU should not be higher than 15%
