Dudes...u have to watch this movie...its SOOO AWESOME...it was REALLY GOOD....i mean REALLY good...watch it and post your reply here...
It looks really different, and cool. But I heard it was in 2 parts. Volume One and Two. Does it end ok, or do you have to watch the last part to have it make sense. And when does the other part come out anyway?
Just saw it last night, and it wasn't that good. I know what time of movie Tarentino was trying to make, but I just wasn't feeling it. Great violence though.
haven't seen it yet, going to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre tonight. I heard the ending of Kill Bill makes you hate Tarrantino.... not sure what that means, but thats what I heard.
Kill Bill is definitely worth the price of admission. It's got the right amount of action and camp to keep all fans of the genre entertained. Plus there's lots of references to your favorite Kung Fu classics like "Game of Death". Definitely a must see. I felt Quentin took a step back with Jackie Brown, but Kill Bill delivers on ALL levels.
i thought it was going to be stoopid... and in the beginning, i wasn't liking it. but, as it went along, i started to get into it. and by the time it finished, i thought, what a fantastic movie! if you don't like violence, stay away. if you don't go for campy japanese samurai movies, stay away (note sonny chiba does a great job in his little role). music is great but the soundtrack cd isn't very good. the last 6 or 7 tracks are all little 10-20 second blurbs... many songs are less than 2 minutes. what the heck is that about? but it does have a great rendition of "don't let me be misunderstood" so my recommendation is to get the soundtrack only if you're really into the movie.
Babolat - the film ends on a cliffhanger, but it's a cliffhanger you understand. You're setup for it from the very first scene. If ya wait for video, it's your loss - great film, very well made. The music was cool, the casting was spot on, and it was shot REALLY well. Definitely one to catch at the theater. On another note, went and saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre twice this weekend (multiple friends to see it with, once is really enough). It delivers baby - serious thrill ride - you'll leave the theater wiped out. The reason I'm writing this is three trailers before the movie - Matrix Revolutions, Return of the King, and Butterfly Effect - all look amazing. I know it's easy to make a good trailer out of 2+ hours of footage, but all three look like great films.
Texas Chainsaw...was a GREAT FILM...it help me get some that night...female friend was to affraid to sleep all by herself...so it was a double bonus for me...Thanks Texas Chanisaw..
