NHL 2K8 Summer League Season 1 "Official Signup" Thread




Hello Everyone,

This thread is to sign up to take part in season 1 of the NHL 2K Summer League

This league will have full scoreboard support. The scheduling might not be as great as past lg leagues through the leaguegaming website but the games should be able to scrape with a little help from tris10.

I am expecting the league to have a 26 game schedule to keep it short over the summer. With the regular season ending August 16th, and playoffs commencing August 17th. Thus everything should be wrapped up by the time the new games come out. Controls will be open to whatever you want to use. Either 2k7 controls or 2k8. It is completly up to the players preference. Games will be set at about 2 games per week average.


Settings and other details will be posted once signup is closed. I am open to several different options for settings, but I am definatly looking towards some sort of sim settings with 6 minute periods. I will also have the schedule set at flexible so the schedule will be wide open. Scrapping of the games should work perfectly fine as in last seasons since it will be using the same program Tris10 created. So Box scores will look as follows.

The closing date to sign up for season 1 of the NHL 2K8 summer league will be Saturday May 31 at 9:59 EST.

For team selection, either List your top 5 teams upon signup or PM me your top 3 teams you would like to have in this league. "If no one else has your team at number one, you get them. Otherwise, it would go to a random number generation to determine who gets which team." Please have these in by Sunday night as well.
