Media LG Outsiders S2E5 Trade Deadline + Playoff Picture + Awards Predictions

Whaaaat's up fellas? I'm back with another episode for you guys after a couple weeks off. A lot to cover since we last recorded.

We had an active trade deadline with big names on the move as well as plenty of role guys getting a second chance on the season on playoff bound squads. We'll be reviewing all the deals that jumped out to me as well as revisiting how the boys are doing in their new homes. After that we'll take a look at the playoff picture and the wildcard races. Also handed out week 8 Players of the Week, and staying on the award train I took @Gilbzey 's lead and predicted some individual award winners for S36 as well as our usual Shotsy Memorial Awards.

So fucking happy the NHL playoffs are finally here and the first two days have fuckin DELIVERED. Just incredible being able to sit down and watch 12 hours of hockey straight lol so enjoy my brain wandering a bit as I watched the action while recording.

To be completely honest @goonderk I was mostly critical of the deal due to Vancouver being able to get a similar player at a much cheaper cap hit allowing them additional flexibility for additional deals and Calgary not getting future assets with you on an expiring contract and Kaner having one more resign if I remember correctly. Sorry if it came off as if I was roasting you. You know this show is a pro-Goonderk podcast.
