LGFA S14 : Know Your Owners - Brief summary on the owners for the LGFA of S14.

Hello League Gamers!With bidding over and preseason starting on Sunday, I wanted to provide a little article on the description on all of our owners for S14! I will be going in the order the teams appears on the rosters page, this is not a ranking. Thank you for taking the time to read and good luck this season!


TIMBORULES
109-35-91 / 91 G / 54 A

We start this discussion off with probably the most seasoned LGFA player in the owner category. Timbo has been around since S4 when he started off on NYC FC putting up average numbers. After his debut season, he went on a tear with Manchester United and went 20-3-1 with winning the league title that season. Timbo did not recapture gold until S9 where he lead Crystal Palace as the owner to a FA Cup victory.

Timbo is a very knowledgable owner who will always know how to keep his team in contention for any kind of silverware. His experience and knowledge for the players will make him one of the top owners this season.


Pavard x21
72-23-27 / 36 CS / 145 Tackles

As we move along here, we come to an owner I really don't want to say too much on. Most people are aware of my friendship with Pavard but what can I say, the man is stellar at CB. Pavard made his return to the FIFA scene and played his first on LG in S9 where he joined Southampton for a few games. After that, he didn't capture a title until he took management on the NY Red Bulls. S11 he was the GM and S12 he took ownership. In that time, he captured back to back Beckenbauer Awards (best defender), back to back Team of the Seasons (one in S10), and finished off the game with a Team of the Year.

Pavard is among the elite when it comes to his position, and he will let you know it. His only season he has captured titles was S12 when the NY Red Bulls ran rampat winning the LGFA Preseason Cup, MLS Cup, and the Supporters Shield. Pavard has the talent, but will he be able to put the pieces in the right place? Time will tell.


L3git Diego10
22-8-57 / 24 G / 14 A

Diego has had what you would call a less than stellar career here at the LGFA. But don't be mistaken, Diego can play at the level he needs to help his team succeed. With no Trophies in the case, he looks to change that this season. Taking up the helm of a team like Manchester City, the league looks for Diego to step up this season and get them to shine.

Diego has been around for some time knowing what LGFA is all about and has had to endure hard times. Has those bad times taught him what he needs to do right to compete? Those questions will be answered very soon.


Yantzer x 84
10-8-16 / 4 CS / 28 Tackles

All eyes are on the Red Devils this season as they take on new ownership with Yantzer x 84 at the helm. A very unfamiliar face in the FIFA scene, Yantzer has not been seen in the LGFA since S5 (only one game). He looks to change that as he is now the man in charge for these Red Devils. His time in the LGFA he has bounced at various positions from center back and some games at outside mid/back.

There's very little to go off of Yantzer, but he definitely raised some eyebrows with his manager selections and looking to be a real threat this season. What can we expect from the hockey bruiser making the transition to a soccer mom?

It's difficult to say much about an owner with no previous LG experience. However, Trollin has been incredibly active when making decisions and has made his presence known. If there's one thing we know in any league, it's what you put into it. His involvement with the league this early can only lead to better things down the road.


xCFx l Gator l

Gator is back! One of LG's finest owners has returned and it's nice to see a familiar face be a veteran for these other owners and see how things are done. Gator may not always do things the way everyone can agree with, but he's found success. His start was back in S3 with the Timbers but then he broke off in S4 when he took ownership of the Vancouver Whitecaps and captured the golden boot!

Gator is an owner that stays quiet and will destroy a team when they least expect it. A gentleman that's been around the FIFA scene for sometime, can Gator capture a title this season as he stands out from the pack as an experience FIFA vet?

16-4-12 / 3 G / 11 A

Danielle comes in this season with 2nd least amount of expereince after Trollin, but that is only from a LG perspective. Danielle has put up decent number in her short time here and it's been pretty good so far. With her heavy involvement with the league, she's only going to wreak more and more havoc as the season goes on.

Danielle took the approach of getting the friends she likes to play, can those players get her where she wants to be this season? Some decisions may need to be made if the team doesn't perform at a high level, look for her to keep West Ham competitive throughout the season.

Ninja comes in just like Trollin. A man on a mission and with a dream. Looking to shock the LGFA and take home some silverware in their debut season while being an owner. Will this be the story of the season for good or bad? We will see as this season devlops.
