In all honesty, if you can get with a good owner, the 3 of you could take Arizona and legitimately turn it around in 1 season. You'd have a good core to build around and then have a shit ton of $$$ to work with in bidding.

I know people troll about that, but if you really wanted to take a team and turn them around you could.

Straight answer how it´t even close to be dumb to question lack of managment experience for guy who want be managment with no experience whatsoever? I want a smart answer here easy to say it´s dumb when you can´t explain why dumbass. Just explain

Well, first of all, the most important thing you need as management is individual skill, which they both have in spades. Talent attracts talent, and having a highly skilled management core makes it easier to build a team.

Second, they seem to be well liked in the community. Half your battle as management is to be in good social standing. If people like you, they will play for you.

Those two factors alone are more then enough to be strongly considered for NHL management.

your totally out of the range of my question just completely. the question was why should they get managment over guys who have experience that was the question your answer is not even in the range of my question. having skills does not mean you can manage a team example : wayne gretzky was hell of a player right? as a head coach he was not really good. secondly skills is an opinion. a guy might think this guy is good but another might think otherwise and let me tell you something you can't argue using opinion because opinion has no argument value. So yeah why should I go any further your answer did not answered why my question was dumb at all I would even more say that you were out of the subject. but i will go farther why would AHL management guys would not be taken before guys who has no experience on managing? at your job your boss is the guy most likely with experience not the guy who started last week. Still my question remain the same why do people with no experience should be taken before people without and don't say because they are good at the game jclauss33 in good at the game too without mentioning other people too. My question was not on bulding the best team by the way.

Its a videogame.....Get over your dumb comparisons..People care about skill not experience. Winning teams consists of skilled players not experienced mgmt.
