Over the last 2 weeks I have games where all of a sudden the game commentary stops (only here crowd/sound effects) which is then followed by what appeared to be serious lag . At least I thought it was lag initially but now that it is way more frequent it can't be lag . I have no spikes in ping or packet loss , the game freezes and you can see frame by frame movement of players and then commentary comes back for a second then game speeds up trying to catch up with all the commentary from the point it started happening. Sometimes the game comes back other times I have to dashboard . If the game catches up with itself, much like lag then I have no other problems rest of game . Is this happening to anyone else ? I have run test and checked network before and after this happens and it's not my Internet and I know when it's going to happen because commentary will stop and game continues then whenever there is a stoppage/goal 5 mins later it all happens .
If this problem doesn't occur with any other games then it's probably just a corrupt file, and since the consoles have no way of checking and repairing it you're probably going to have to delete+install/download again. One thing you could try is deleting the patches and re-downloading them. If this problem is only recent it could have been caused by an improperly installed patch.
I deleted the game , downloaded it again, then deleted all saved files . Got back on same nonsense in 2 of the 3 games I played. Smh
Had a similar issue and announcer voice might be the cause but the servers have been awful the last while so it might be that.
