Usually these threads are filled with negative stuff. Not this one. Just wanted to make a post stating that I LOVE the new game times. Not sure how multi-console players feel, but it seems like a consensus from most people that the new condensed time schedule is awesome. There was some concerns about games running late, etc. And aside from a few situations, I'd say that really hasn't been an issue at all. Downtime between games of 5-15 minutes keeps the night going. Its awesome. Not sure what the longterm goal is, but I'd love to keep this schedule moving forward (and maybe consider moving it up to 9PM est - screw Xbox - so games can be done before 11PM...but if not, no biggy). I'm sure we'll run into more issues as the season progresses and bad teams have a harder time getting players to show. But for the first 3 weeks? Loving this new schedule!
Agreed. The 30-35 minute between games in past seasons have been brutal. The flow of this schedule is so much better.
only thing I would change is the 5 minute 5 on 4 rule. I would change it to only 8 minutes late and take 5 on 4
