So, I'm not allowed to say I think Boston will win in 6 :? I believe this is a public forum and I can post who I think will win the WS. Who cares about the pre-playoffs pics, the WS is now :bosr: and :bstl: and I pick Boston in 6.
It's hard for me to pick anyone right now. I really want the Red Sox to win, however I think the Cardinals are more powerful of a team and their defense more than makes up for their lack of marquee pitchers. Their bullpen maybe a little suspect at times, but I think they are a better team. Either way, I am looking to an extremely competitive World Series! I think "Cardinals Red Sox World Series" sounds big! Both stadiums are going to be going nuts and I think the rest of the country is intrigued as well - which is awesome for baseball!
Well I had Boston playing the Astros in the series with Boston winning. One game away from having all my picks right but oh well no biggie Im still going with Boston to win it all. They are going to start a new curse that will haunt the Yankees, the "Who's your daddy curse" and that "Daddy" is none other then Pedro Martinez
You can post local high school football picks for all I care, my point was that this thread's purpose was for pre-playoff picks (which is what we kinda care about, who had the correct WS contestents from the start). I'm sure someone will start a WS specific thread/poll where we can cast our lots on who will win and in how many games.

I'm dont want the sox to win being a yankees fan but i think this series will come down to pitching and the sox has a better pitching staff than the cards. Sox in 6
