    With the playoffs around the corner, I figured I'd dig a little deeper and see how the current 16 playoff teams did in their matchups with the other current playoff teams. Keep in mind, this was done after week 8 concluded with still a week remaining in the regular season. I also did not include OTL. If you lost, you lost. I'll start off with the Eastern Conference.

    Atlantic Division
    1. Hershey (18-20) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    2. WBS (21-16) & 5 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    3. Springfield (23-16) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    4. Providence (18-20) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining

    North Division
    1. Syracuse (22-14) & 6 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    2. Albany (20-18) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    3. Utica (21-18) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    4. St. Johns (14-27) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining

    Central Division
    1. Chicago (18-19) & 3 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    2. Iowa (20-18) & 3 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    3. Charlotte (18-20) & 3 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    4. Manitoba (14-23) & 3 games vs Playoff teams remaining

    Pacific Division
    1. San Diego (21-17) & 3 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    2. Bakersfield (21-17) & 3 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    3. San Antonio (17-21) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining
    4. Ontario (16-22) & 4 games vs Playoff teams remaining

    Nice post. Lot of competitive teams. Should be a fun finish to the season.

    Updated to current. Still waiting on Syracuse's results and a few others. Great night by the Gulls beating Chicago and Charlotte. The Wild continued on their hot streak by picking up 2 quality wins. The Vibez pick o'da week, Ontario Reign started the week off with a dud, dropping both games.

    On tap for Monday, Can Chicago bounce back after dropping games to the top 2 teams in the Pacific? On Monday they square off with Cleveland and division rival Iowa

    Can the Wild maintain this torrid pace and hold onto the top spot? The Wild have a warm up game vs Grand Rapids @ 930 as they get ready for the clash with the wolves.

    Can Texas put together enough wins to make the Reign sweat a little? Texas has 2 touch matchups with the Gulls and the Rampage, while the Reign play Stockton and the Rampage.


    Tonight should start to bring the playoff picture in focus. Good luck to everyone
