I voted that I'd be interested. I'd have to see how it goes though first.

 

Yeah, honestly it looks to me as if we have a lot more interest than I expected. I didn't really expect many of you Americans to be this interested in it. I expected more Canadians, and we do have a fair share of Canadians here. But no pun intended to you Americans, its just a growing sport here in the U.S., and will hopefully one day be really big, as it is to me and Skater.

 

Im in... I love the world cup... and can even watch the games.. but in the MLS... there doesnt seem to be anything on the line... I mean.. So your good in the states... Lets see you do good else where...

 

We'll see, I heard a litttle different but we'll see. The game has huge implications for TC, IF it has the online multipayer, not 1v1. Madden sold huge here, but overseas, it's does diddly. FIFA sells crazy world wide and sold plenty more copies then Madden has.

 

I voted no...although I played soccer in real life for 2 years....I think it is more boring than golf.

Well we can't really claim teams yet, afterall this is just a thread seeing if there is enough interest in the league before Skater and I pushed the idea towards the LeagueGaming Admin Council.

 

Well, its your choice if we do it, but with countries, people would only want about 10-15 then they would all be wanting the same teams.

Club teams, there are over 350+ teams to chose on FIFA 2005, so we were planning on that.

 

Germany or any german team would be great.

 

They also have MLS teams according to this gaming site which is cool

 

the mls is horrible.

any club team and i mean ANY club team from europe could probably take down the mls teams.

sad to say but all the talent is not in north america.

i'm just hoping they have for the first time ever either partisan or crvena zvezda from the serbian first division.. been dying to play with my favourite teams...

if not i could easily go with celtic or the rangers...

Yeah, you can be the crappy L.A. Galaxy if you wanted to . But I mean there are 3 leagues in England...Premiership 1 (FA) Premiership 2, and Premiership 3, and all the teams from all 3 are on the game, even the crappy Premiership 3's.

Too bad there is agood chance they won't have David Beckham next year, as they don't like the media publicity he takes around with him. So, he may be headed back to England...word right now is Chelsea.

But Real Madrid will obviously still be a very good team...permitting injuries which hopefully have effects in the game online.

 

Yeah I know, no denying the fact that they are good with or without Beckham. Also no denying the fact that David Beckham is an extremely good player, when he gets his head out of the spotlight which seems to be really hard for them.
