I just bought a Galaxy S4 and so far I hate it. One of the many problems I have with it is, while using Forum Runner, the only way I can view gifs is if I save it to my phone and watch it via a gif viewing app. My old iphone could do it all in one touch.

Can anybody help make this piece of shit S4 as gif friendly as my iphone was? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the S3, but I just use chrome and view the actual site instead of using an app.

I love my s4, I browse the lg forums using the lg app , zero problems with gifs , probably a forum runner issue , go shit on them instead of the beautiful quad core machine you call shit

This quadcore lags almost as much as my old iPhone 4 when running apps.

I should've got an iPhone 5. It does everything faster than this brick does and it's easier to use. No need to integrate 3 apps to do something an iPhone can do out of the box.

I'll have to try using the LG App to browse the forums. Thanks.

Sounds like you have a faulty unit , ive compared mine to an iphone booting os and opening apps , s4 was always half a second faster , but apple products do come with a free helmet which is appealing

    Did you try this ^^^^

I use chrome for iOS too as you can sync your accounts/history/bookmarks between devices and desktops

Odd, that a Nexus 5 is faster than an S4 and yet, the iPhone5s blows the doors off of the Nexus 5.

Some people don't want to have to waste their time downloading things and changing settings to make your phone do the simplest thing that it should be able to do right out of the box.

Yeah, I can do that, but when I'm not on WiFi, I'd like to use something that doesn't eat up as much data. Plus it's just easier to navigate, especially with one hand, from Forum Runner than via Chrome.

Forum Runner for iPhone was elite. On this S4, it's slow, choppy, tougher to navigate (especially with one hand) and it won't play video or size pics properly. I was hoping there was something I could do to make it a better experience on this phone, but short of buying a better one (iPhone), I guess there isn't much I can do.

Use the actual LG app. I love my Note 2 and have no issues with it viewing anything on the app.
