S10 NHL TOP 15 MOCK DRAFT

With the draft being on Thursday, i thought I’d make a top 15 mock draft and speak about the players. I’d like to see if i get the order right or atleast how many players i get in the right spot.


1. Pittsburgh Penguins are taking @DeathClown27 it makes perfect sense. They play on the same IHL team and deathclown is the best player in this draft.

(With picks being traded i won’t say what team is pick 2-15).

2. @Parihse is the clear 2, hands down the best winger in the QMJHL last season and as well in the entire CHL. He’s a very talented forward and has a good attitude as well.

3. @SirGabQc02 another very good winger in this draft. Sirgab is a finishing winger and likes to shoot. He’s also a very solid player and should translate well to the nhl.

4. @CRAZYROGO-1-7 best center in the draft by a mile. The best playmaker i seen in the chl this whole season. Playing with @Parihse on his wing all season as they had one of the best lines in the chl and were very fun to watch.

5. @DJ4040 this draft class is short and weak on defense. But this guy is a good LD and can come in the nhl and can start day 1. Very nice guy as we’ve talked a couple times and played together as well.

6. @KarlssonIsGod so i don’t know if this is the right place to put him as I’ve heard he’s a scrub hunter, a cherry picker, only does wrap arounds, blah blah blah. The guy put up 130+ points in the chl so he can score, no doubt about it. But the question is will he translate from the chl to nhl.

7. @Maxx_The_Killer the frenchy Center, I’ve yet to play with him but I’ve watched him play MUTIPLE times and i will say he’s very very good offensively. He wasn’t that strong defensively as a center but as the season went on he got better defensively.

8. @ScaNNy_Boii-50 one of many offensive weapons the petes had this season, he is a good playmaker who dished the puck to @Julien alot this season.

9. @Julien another petes player AND the highest paid player in the chl last season. Julien has a lot of mix reviews either really good or really bad. If he can get with playmakers who will feed him for the one timers i think he will be a solid player in the nhl.

10. @DanteLucc the best rd in the draft and it’s not even close. Dante is a defensive dman who has very good breakout passes. A lot of people are very high on this guy and I’ve seen him play, and I’ve spoke to him (great guy as well) this guy is a nhl ready rd no doubt about it.

11. @kevboud10 very underrated rw, i know he put up a lot of points in the chl but he’s a very good player and did very good when we clubbed together.

12. @enb016 was told this GIRL is a good solid dman who mutiple chl managers said will be a top 15 pick. I’ve watched some games on her and i was very impressed, solid dman for sure!

13. @GFalquez i won’t be shocked if he’s picked top 10, he’s a west coast winger but can play east as well. Good solid player who is a nice guy. He can learn and adapt on the fly and was told by a top chl owner “he’s the most nhl ready forward in the draft”

14. @Shawnk0409 another petes player, i was very high on this player got to watch him as well a couple games. Plays as a bigger center, very good positioning, good passer, i think he’s a nhl third liner type player.

15. @scully8784 seadogs ld this season had 19 regular wins with 2 L’s in the regular season, and a combine record of 27-2-1 in regular season and playoffs this season COMBINED. Got to club with him, good attitude, good guy, more of a defensive dman, knows his role. What stood out to me was he was smart with the puck and made very good passes.

This wraps up my top 15 mock draft I’m curious to see who goes where after pick 1. Also curious to see how many of these picks i got right. Good luck to everyone in the draft and in s10.

 

Also forgot to mention @gcampbell13 is taking chl gm this season that’s why he’s not on the list.
