Ownership and Management

• Ownership Thread here
• All CHL TC are eligible to apply for NCAA Ownership.
• Players that accept ownership cannot be removed from NCAA ownership but can still ECU for CHL and ECHL.
• Owners will get to select a GM prior to the draft. The GM will also be ineligible for call up but can still ECU for the CHL and ECHL.
• There will be no AGM!
• Owner and GM will be held to the same standard as management in the NHL, AHL, ECHL and CHL. This includes the Management discord policy.
• Ownership apps will be open Thursday 11/9 to Friday 11/17 at 12pm ET.

Draft

• There will be a 15 round snake draft.
• Draft order will be randomized 1 hour before the draft.
• Teams will be required to draft no more than 9 forwards, 6 Defensemen and 2 Goalies for a total of 17 players including management.
• Eligible players are Prospects and Veterans that did not get a bid or were waived by ECHL or CHL rosters.
• Drafted players that are on a roster will be held to the same standard as roster players in the NHL, AHL, ECHL and CHL.
• Undrafted players are randomly assigned to all NCAA teams.
• RV's will not be eligible for NCAA play or ECU.

Game Times and Scheduling

• Games will be Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
• 4 week regular season, 6 games a week, 2 games a night.
• Game times will be 8:00 pm ET and 8:35 pm ET. (This ensures there will be minimal ECU conflicts for CHL and ECHL).
  • NOTE: If a player is Rostered in the NCAA and they are scheduled to play an NCAA League Game, they are not eligible to ECU in the CHL.
• Roster players must maintain a weekly availability of 3/6 to comply with scheduling and availability requirements.
• We are aiming for 24 teams for a total of 408 roster spots.
• 2 Conferences of 12 teams.
• 4 Divisions of 6 teams
• Playoffs follow the same as other leagues. Division winners seed 1 & 2 and spots 3-8 are the best remaining in conference.
• The new Missed Game strike system will apply to roster players.
• Training Camp players are NOT required to sign up for games but they ARE required to be in the team discord.

Timeline

• Ownership apps will be open Thursday 11/9 to Friday 11/17 at 12pm ET.

• Draft will be Sunday 11/19 at 12pm ET.
• Games start on Sunday 11/26
• Week 1 (11/26 to 11/28)
• Week 2 (12/3 to 12/5)
• Week 3 (12/10 to 12/12)
• Week 4 (12/17 to 12/19)

Staff for NCAA

• @V 4 T T Y will be the Commissioner of the NCAA and run day to day.
• @agrigs26 will be the Deputy Commissioner and will also help with the day to day.
• All other league BOGs would join the NCAA Management server to help answer basic questions if need be.
