Season 4 is here. Teams, settings, schedule, etc

It is still unclear wether I can play this season or not, as of this moment I can, but I am waiting to see if what I think will happen, does. If I am right, I won't be able to play the season. But I'll hang in there a while longer to make sure about my availability.

 

The season wont be the same without ya woob. hope you can make it.

 

I'm just curious why my post regarding woob has been deleted. I looked around just in case it was in a different thread but I know this is the one since he has posted a related comment. If it was deleted for the reason I think then that is LAME when a reply would have worked. :roll:

 

they wanted me to explain myself a bit in regards to my post, wanted me to elaborate a bit. I'm not out yet, but very well may be if things work out for the worst for me in the real world.

Don't take any offense to it, it was done more just to amend the post that i put in here.

Okay, all 30 teams have signed in now (with woob the only one still not 100% sure, which would potentiall open up the Devils to an alternate... and no, you can't trade unless that alternate wants your team, which is highly unlikely given that it's the Devils. :wink: ).

The season is set to start on Oct. 5th still. I'm done creating the schedule (which was a painstaking process figuring out how to fit 30 team's 82 game schedules into 20 weeks and make it all work out). Tris10 is working behind the scenes creating a brand new scoreboard page for us, new and improved from last season.

The next big step in the process is roster entry. There were roster changes by almost every team this offseason, so our rosters will need to be updated. Those of you controlling one of the Season 2 or 3 teams will only need to update your roster with substractions/additions and the existing players will not need to be re-input. Those of you with one of the previously unused teams from last year will be putting in those rosters from scratch... every player, first and last names and their position/number... just like we did for the NFL league.

I'll keep you guys updated on the roster stuff, still working out how we'll do that with Tris10, I'll put up a post and send out an email when I'll need you guys to update rosters.

 

hey is it possible for someone to make a AOL fle with all the team or all the teams that have aol on it ? so they would be under a totally seperate list. i got liek 120 ppl.. and i am trying to seperate for my other league aswell. Maybe if someone already has it set up . Pluis this way i can play some exhibition games.

 

You seriously need Trillian if you have that many contacts.

I have about 200-300 contacts on my 4 IM's (ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, AIM) but Trillian keeps them all nice and organized.

It combines all of the messaging programs into one, and it is all in one convienant buddy list and you can rename people to keep track of who they are. That is about it.

 

Woobwoob has decided to withdrawl from Season 4 of ESPN NHL and focus his attention on the soon to be rolling Amped 2 and Top Spin leagues.

Stang6697 will be taking over the NJ Devils (lucky guy)!
