2. Send me a Friend's Request and in the friend's request send me a text or voice message saying you are looking to take over for North Carolina. They are ranked in the top 20. (remember that this is the step that most people mess up on so don't mess up so you can get your team = first come first serve)
3. Understand that this is a fast-paced (2-3 games a week) league and everyone should be checking into this site and these threads at least twice a week. If you don't meet those requirements don't bother signing up for a team.

The SEC Championship is over and boy did things go from bad to worse. Grant's college Car. is over after getting hurt for 7 weeks in the 1st quarter! To add to that my backup goes down for the game and my third string is garbage, and my passing game leaves much to be desired. It may not have mattered because i could not hang with Florida's speed.

Now im not one to complain but there is something i need to bring up. The game started off great, us trading picks, no score in the first quarter. But after i picked his QB he has his 98 speed Free saftey Moses at quarterback for a good 75% of the game till it became out of hand. Now i totally understand trickery and doing things once in a while but putting your 98 speed FS at qb in the shotgun and running in circles on third down is just silly. Now i know that some league guard against this so i just want to know, is this legit??? It takes really no skill and im sure we all are capable of doing this if we so wished. So let me know because i have the fastest recruit in the nation coming in next year and you best believe he will be at QB if this is the way it is.

Considering this is somethign that has been complained about on more then one occassion by different people, we may want to outlaw this...

 

Not sure why he picked this game to start this crap, maybe it was because it was the SEC Championship, but as u can see, Moses his 98 speed FS only has stats for this game. Bert im sure you have played this long enough to know the kinda stuff im talking about.

 

Yes i as you can look back i played florida before you and he didn't do that in my game. I don't know if its cause he knew i had the team speed for it not to make a difference or what. But if that is the case i think its bs If anything a wr could be in at qb like a wildcat formation but never would you see a fs especially if he has no stats except for speed. Most wr that go in a wild cat at least have a better pass ability than others.

 

75% of the game he was in for about 8 plays the whole game and ran for 60 yards, if thats 75% of the game then your right and i dont remember running around in circles i ran a few options and threw 2 screen passes obviously that wasnt the outcome of the game maybe throwing 4 ints was what really made this game turn out the way it did

 

I feel like we either need to outlaw it or allow it, but you cannot put a limitation on it. If we limit things, then it comes down to interpretation. So either CK needs to be the ruling power here or put a vote out to the league...

 

i agree if its against the rules then i apologize...i didnt think it was what won the game for me at all take away everything he did and i still won by around 21

 

Yeah man, like i said i could not hang with the athletes you have, but i stick by my statment that you used him "75% of the time the game was in question" you also used him in option plays where he pitched it, and when I guarded it against that you used him to hand it off. Im not attacking you man but i would say 12-15 plays. Im saying that is a cheap way to do things, a 72 FS that the only thing he has going for him is 98 speed (which is the fastest on your team by the way).

Like i will say again, im not blaming the loss on you using Moses as your qb. My RB's both went down and i threw the ball like ****. But it sounds like to me you keep changing the subject because you know what you did was bush league.

haha, its all good. Im glad your enjoying it, just hope you dont make this league into a joke becasue its a pretty good league. Anyone that has played this game enough knows that what you did is bush league, but if ck is fine with it in his league, then so am I.

 

here we go heres the solution... CK throw the game out and we will play again and you can have your boys back and we will see what happens that way it's "fair"
