3.1.2 : Seasonal Ban Procedures

Owners/Management may only make requests that Players whom are inactive, quit, or act in a manner that is detrimental to the League or their team may be removed and issued a seasonal ban.

Inactivity is defined as but not limited to :

A Player not showing up to scheduled games(three in one week) without contacting management prior or shortly after the game explaining why the Player was not able to attend the game.

A Player, who has an inactive gamer tag, is considered inactive.

A Player, who does not respond to a League removal warning within 72 hours, is considered inactive.

Once a team files a formal player removal request the player in question is INELIGIBLE to be traded or sent down until the Complaint is ruled on. If the complaint is voided, the player then becomes eligible to be moved.

3.1.5 : Seasonal Ban Punishment

Seasonal bans can be issued in two different degrees.

1st Degree Ban is defined as : Two season punishment issued to a Player/Manager

2nd Degree Ban is defined as : Three season punishment issued to a Player/Manager.

Staff reserves the right to determine the degree of the ban.

The League Commissioner will then make an announcement prior to the season starting to educate Players on what their responsibilities are.

Players whom refuse to play will receive an automatic three season ban.

Management may also make a suggestion of what degree should be issued to the Player whom is receiving the ban. Players / Managers who are issued a seasonal ban in the final three weeks of the season will be issued a ban for the remainder of the current season, as well as the entire next season.
