Christmas was basically for the kids...all I got was the new Halo2 XBL headset. I also got a $100 AMEX gift check from my mom. Nothing else...my wife forgot to get me something. I'm with you FC...Christmas blows.

My noteworthy presents (meaning non-clothes  )

    • Xbox games:

Knights of the Old Republic - the first one...finally
Big Game Hunter 2005 - I am by far not a hunter but my brother had last year's game and it was surprisingly fun and somewhat addicting. We both got the game this year so we can play on our own and compare later.
    • CDs:

They Might Be Giants - The Spine
Me First and the Gimme Gimmes - Ruin Jonny's Bar Mitzvah
Ben Kweller - On My Way
      Cake - Pressure Chief

    • I got this thing that you can put candles (in a jar) on it and it heats up the candle to put off the aroma without having to burn the candle itself. It's supposed to make the candle last twice as long and also doesn't put black marks up the walls/ceilings ;)
    • "America (the book)" by Jon Stewart
    • And a Wrigley Field "Unforgettaball". I've never heard of this before, but it's a baseball with images of Wrigley Field on it. It's really kind of cool looking.

That's about it aside from some clothes (socks, a shirt, etc.) and some candy. Pretty much my whole list with a couple of extra surprises. It was nice ;)

They were on sale at Sam's Club for $9.99. I bought my son 3 of them (a 911 turbo, a Hummer, and a Jeep). He loves them.

I guess some people collect the things, I see they on eBay.

For some reason everyone gave me cash. Can't complain about that. The only other thing I got was a gift card to Best Buy which I already used to get "Napolean Dynamite", and the newest Green Day cd.

    Pretty Much!

The 914 wasn't more than a glorified Volkswagon. The only thing that made both of them a "Little" bit better was the 946 & 916 which were a little more horsepower 6 cyclinders.

But Porsches none the less.

    The 944 S2 cab wasn't bad.

And the 944-inspired 968 cab was even better for their "poor man's Porsche"
