Sorry for the short notice, didn't think i was gonna go, but now its back on... im gonna be off to Edmonton & Calgary for my annual trip to catch some games. I'll be gone from Dec 25th to Jan 1st.
I'll be in New York this Thursday-Sunday. Since I have pretty much recovered my wife scheduled a trip to visit her family for the holidays. Oh joy...LOL! Nah, really it'll be fun. I'll see ya when I get back.
Just letting you guys know I'm gonna be gone for Jan. 23rd,24th. I already made another thread letting the guys that I'm playing this week know that I'll be gone.
There's a thread about this in the NHL forum, but here it is again. I'm going to be gone from Jan. 22nd to Jan 28th. I didn't find out about this trip until earlier today and again I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
lol for some reason I picture you about to drive your wife to the hospital but stopping and saying "hold on a second there honey I've just gotta let the guys in my NHL2k4 league know I can't play any games for a couple days"
I'm not 100% sure of the dates yet, but I will be in Tampa for 1-2 weeks in late February, testing the waters for my business and looking for a rental home. I'll have dialup access on my laptop to post on the forums at night, but no XBox or anything. Whomever I play in Rd1 of the playoffs, be ready for an all-nighter to get them banged out in one session (if you don't mind).
Well I have gonna have to take some vacation time until I can figure out my xbox and my router. I tried playing two games tonite, one against airjordan the other against Natral. And both times I wasnt able to fully complete the game, game with Natral there was .2 secs left and it froze and never once did an error come up. So I hope you understand my situation and I will try and get it back up and working asap.
If it keeps freezing near the end like that, pause the game and get the stats with like a minute or two left, and assuming it's not tied or a 1 goal game, you can call it a game if it locks up with only seconds left.
It was only that one game, I am gonna get back on and see if it is doing any better today. But I hope it doesnt continue to be a problem.
My Grandfather died today and I'd like a little extra time for my games this week. I'm gonna try to get them in(probably will get them in I just don't want to have to worry about missing deadlines right now), but I'll have a lot of family stuff to do before the funeral.
