Tonight's races.

It looked as though for the most part everyone attempted to keep a clean racing line and stayed away from the bump and grind. There was also some good communication about position on the track out there, amid prolonged moments of silence while everyone was focused on the race. I put Nosice into the wall on the first turn of the first race. My sorry arse didn't expect the brakes to lock up, but lock up they did. My apologies Nosice, that was entirely my fault. :mrgreen:

Ironically it was the only race I won during the entire series, and I had to put at least one serious block on Tris10 to preserve the lead. Sorry Tris, it was the last lap and my car was already beat up, no way I was letting you by cleanly. I got lucky and got a clean block the first time, I think someone took you out after that and cleared the path to victory lane.

Had a great time gents, everyone seemed fairly evenly matched, and I definitely look forward to our next set of races.

Very good series of races.. Im thinking of ditching the wheel.. After struggling with the BMW so much, I'm almost for certain the controller is better... Got to say it was an excellent round.

 

besides worrying about the first corner it was very fun.

 

Had i known that you guys were racing I would have been there :evil::evil:


Anyone plan on racing tonight? I should be free around 9 or 10 pm EST to get some races in.

 

Well it was a spur of the moment type race.. We were able to get 6 guys in... Mostly Tris and I wanted to talk about the League and it gave us somethings to look at..

 

I'll be around this evening after I put the kids to bed, would love to do so more racing as well.

 

What time will that be Pete?

I try to have them in bed by 8pm PST (11pm EST). I can usually get them in bed early, but there are days it's like herding cats. My boys are 4 and 2 years old, and we have a 4-month old girl (who just starting rolling over this past weekend). All that said, by 8pm PST I should be ready to race.

Those of you not yet on my friends list should now have an invitation. I'll look for you guys tonight. Would love to run some D, C, B, and A Class races with cars from our garage.

Just wanted to let everyone know I won't be able to make any races that late during the week. So if the league is gonna be races on the weekends I'm cool but if it's gonna be during the week I'm normally in bed by 10PM EST. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up so it doesn't seem like I'm never around
