Yea, I watched a lot actually. I really like the swimming and the running events. I find it very interesting. I didn't watch any of the baseball though...mainly because USA wasn't very strong :x

I used to watch it and got geared up for it, but with all of the steroid scandles, added non-athletic events (chess anyone?) it really detracts from the interest IMO.

I watched a decent amount, the Taekwando gold medal fight this morning was really cool. The Korean guy kicked this 6'7" Greek guy in the head and knocked him out.

Canada got a silver in Trampoline (what the heck is that?) and womens wrestling. What kinda women you got up there? :) :) :)

AHAHAhA don't make me post a picture of that gay bastard. I really enjoyed watching some of the Olympic sports, it's not as bad as some people say. I would have to say the beach volleyball (womens of course)was the best by far. Swimming wasn't too bad either, those people are crazy strong.

    I watched quite a bit.

But honestly, who here didn't think that America was going to win it all? Anybody who didn't must be stupid. I mean it is becoming a common event :D

Same here, i tried to watch the delay every night plus i'd follow news and articles during the day on the net. I really have a strong interest in other culters and the rest of the world so the olympics is a huge event for me.

Anybody remember Kieren Perkins? He had his final Olympics in Sydney, but boy was he good. He dominated the Olympics for about 2 or 3 straight.

as jon said, i too stop watching olympics after the dopin incidents. except the gymnastics which me and my wife love to watch. and during the winter olympics, of course the HOCKEY is the big event for me next to it is the ice skate competition (single or pair).

Isnt Trampoline wher you run jump on the "Trampoline" and flip up to the *sp*pomahorse then do like 45 flips and land on ur feet?

    I think thats legit.
