What to do with cert Sat 2:00pm game... It was Cheesehead, Soul Raider and myself in a room. Trommel from opposing team could not get into the room. Then I left b/c cheese recreated the room. Then I couldnt get in. So finally I created the room and Soul couldnt get in. For whatever reason the system wouldnt let us all be in the same room at once. Luckily we got someone to fill in for Soul. What should we do if we cannot find a sub?
I would have had each person create the room and then see if there was a scenario that worked and that allowed everyone to get in. Many times there are connection problems between two individuals internet connections for some odd reason or another. I have had it happen to me twice in Madden. I run a wireless connectiona and 95% of the time it works perfectly, but on the rare occasion I cannot connect to another I always direct connect straight to my XBOX from my cable modem with Cat 5 cable. I know this isn't feasible for everyone to do. But it seems to work when I have this problem which is very rare. As far as the rules go. If you can't find an alternate you generally play short. I know in this instance we allowed MP to play in place of Soul Raider and he will switch to Sunday. This was brought up in the Captains forum and while not a direct interpretation of the rules they allowed it to go because of this situation. In the future if you have a similar issue hopefully you can find a Captain or two on MSN and get get a ruling if possible. The more the better usually.

Re: What to do with I didn't personally do the sub. But Like I said this was discussed in the Captains forum and should probably stay there IMO. I only mentioned it because it generally isn't supposed to happen that way. I have some opionions on this one certain instance but will just keep them to myself.
ya, I had alot of connection problems on Saturday too....and some on Friday for the first time ever on Halo 2. A few of my buddies habe been having some problems lately too...dont know whats going on, but I guess teams will have to play short until the person comes back to the game...:?
