Actually Colorado's pitching isn't that bad. They have 3 quality starters, Kennedy is pretty good too but Stark is pretty crap. The bullpen is pretty good too. 4 guys over 70 and a closer who could be a starter with his stamina (Chacon was a starter last year).
As far as teams that I have played or played against I would say that the Reds and Rangers pitching staffs are both crap. Only notable Reds pitcher is Graves in the bullpen. The Twins have very good starters but weak bullpen. None of the relief pitchers have stamina over 60 and that could really hurt me if I have to sit a starter early.
Yeah, here's the breakdown of the Reds pitching staff. Basically it's crap, but I haven't compared them to other teams: Average Player Rating Starting pitchers: 63 Relief: 62 Closer: 74 All pitchers: 63 I only have 3 total pitchers over a 70 player rating (two at 74 and one at 70). Here's the killer thing about my staff, this is why I think they're bad at least: ONLY 2 of all my relief pitchers have more than 3 different pitch types. Anyway, I'm sure there are worse pitching staffs out there, but I think you can agree that mine isn't very appealing
