You have to give credit where credit is due and Mayweather has mastered the sport of boxing and knows exactly how to exploit any weakness and will take advantage of any rule,strategy or tactic to get the W. I counted 5 times where McGreggor got off a nice combo just to have Floyd cover,duck and turn his back to him so that the ref would step in and take away any momentum/energy McGreggor had. At one point you actually hear the ref telling Mayweather you have to stop turning your back to him. These type of tactics are why some people hate boxing but it's part of the sport and anyone who's followed boxing isn't surprised. Of course Mayweather would be on his back or face within 10-20 seconds of mma rules but this was a boxing match and anyone who's followed boxing knew this was the most likely outcome. Anyone who paid 100$ for this fight should've just put 100$ on Mayweather and watched 1 of the 15,000 illegal streams. McGreggor did ok not to embarrass himself but most importantly he suckered the entertainment world into paying him 30-100 million to take an L

Not even slightly. The fact that he went to round 10 & gets zero credit is just funny with some people. "Greatest ever boxer" is cool & all but MMA will be the more popular sport in 10 years & Floyd got a lot of breaks in his career that you don't see in UFC.

End of the day Conor proved that a great UFC fighter (not even the best imo at his weight) can hang in a sport with way more rules, protection & lack of an arsenal.
