    I guess my only question is - why do we waste time arresting people who choose to dive over Niagra Falls? Hell - if they live they deserve a handshake! If not, I guess there's a bit of cleanup involved...

    not much cleanup. Some lucky person will just find an arm or a leg floating down river that's all. He shouldnt have been arrested though, another ~*~* law... If someone wants to throw themself over a waterfall let them do it don't govern their own stupid choice.
