Sir, I regret to inform you if this is the decision you'd make, you should probably (for the sake of the league having multiple competitive teams and not have another Worcester) not try to become a GM. If you'd take a kid who isn't ready yet (in other words isn't as good as others) over players who were previously atop the points ladder, the current points leader, the guy with (too this day, a record nobody has beaten and probably never will) 13 GWG's in one season (get at me kiddos) and overall better players, you'd probably make the same decision with the rest of your team and let's be honest, the LGAHL just doesn't need that.

For the sake of the competition, stay away from management sir.
