Yeh, but what about that first down just now by Randall, btw I never said they should just get the victory now, but lets face it, this is huge right now, USC just doesn't look all that good and VT is putting together a really good game.

 

Well what do you expect, we practice for 3 weeks with Mike Williams in our lineup, and then 2 days before he gets declined access, kind of messes up your gameplan. No excuses here, just saying that didn't really help.

 

Actually your wrong there, they practice without him for quite some time, in anticipation that he may not be in the lineup.

PS: that call just blew the game (PI call on the offense)

 

Actually I am right bitch, on SoCal Sports Report on Fox Sports West, they were showing footage of practice everyday, new footage, and he was there for the last 3 weeks up until the day he got declined his rights in NCAA.

BTW, hey, it was a bad call, penalties should have cancelled out, but hey, you can't blame the refs for bad defense following that on the TD Pass from Matt Leinart to Reggie Bush

 

Actually they said on ESPN before the game that they had taken him out of the majority of the formations and were practicing without him.

Yes, but they would not have gotten the ball where they did and VT would prolly have another 3 points atleast if it weren't for that call. It basically nulled out points for VT and then put them in crappy field position.

 

They shouldnt have had the ball to begin with socal. VT got screwed on that call and everyone but that dumbass ref knows it.

 

Well Gophers, ESPN isn't always right don't forget, local sports shows are much better when finding out information about "local teams." They were keeping up with him everyday showing it.

Yes, the defense was poor on that play, they have talked non stop about how they havent picked on that CB already, as he is very poor covering the long ball. But they would have never had the ball at the time or position they did, and VT would most likely have more points if not still being ahead by 3 right now, even if the same play occurred.

 

But they were, get over it. If they are that good, it won't have any effect.

BUT THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN PLAYING DEFENSE.....THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST COEM OUT READY TO PLAY DEFENSE WHEN THEY BROUGHT THEIR UNIT OUT!

 

Yeh, but ESPN has a lot more players nationwide to keep track of, must have got mixed up. Trust me dude, Fox Sports West Southern California Sports Report showed and talked about Mike Williams practicing everyday for about the last 2 months :!:
