Hey what would have happened if a game was found to have 2nds tags on both sides?

 

Score would be 0-0

 

Does this mean that the player who is found guilty or refusing/not having a mic can't play? Or the whole line forfeits? And it does say gameS, so does that mean whole round, rest of playoffs?

 

Did your mic break? Not buying one because you bought an Xbox One and won't be using your 360 a lot anyways?

I wasn't asking for me lol, I have a perfectly fine mic. I dunno if this is suppose to be directed towards me or just in general so.

I'm just curious on how all the rules are going to work.

 

It was in general. I for one know if I break my mic I'm not gonna run out and spend $25 because the other team "requested a mic check."

If anything, the other team should have ZERO involvement in who gets mic-checked, how do they know if someone is on a second tag or not? It should be completely on the Staff to perform mic checks. Now if another team knows someone broke their mic they'll basically be handed free wins because you can't co-operate with the mic check.

All I want to point out here, is having the team that is trying to beat you at all costs be in control of mic checks is . Did we also give the GMs the ability to check IPs as-well, or will we all have the ability to run through playoffs screaming he has a second tag sit in their party and check his mic.

Will this cause second tags to be caught? MAYBE, but what on earth are you comparing this mic-check too? Do we have video recordings of every single LG player on file now? We're gonna stop a lot more people who just broke their mic from playing, then catch second tags with this stupidity.

 

Agreed, my controller is already broken, and I'm not going to be replacing that. Same thing with my mic if it ever broke. My 360 is just sitting out just for NHL 14. As soon as this season is done it'll be packed away in some dark corner of my apartment.

What's to stop people from spamming mic checks? I mean honestly, I can just ask for one every game, I'm sure I'll randomly stumble across someone who doesn't have a mic.

 

this will be a very inconsistent measure. First off.... as TwoFaces eluded to, are we going to have voice records of every player to match up during a mic check?? Anyone depraved enough to 2nd tag can surely fake a voice for 5 seconds during a mic check...
This rule will be exploited by scumbag opponents looking to just screw with opponents by making them go through this bullshit... or screw over people with legit mic problems.

Brodie doesn't wanna actually fix the problem... this is just something he can point to and say "duh, look i did sommin"..... or he actually does think will work, and in that case, I wouldnt trust him to be commissioner of a t-ball league.

I'm cool with some trash talk from time to time to stir the pot and make the forums entertaining but I'm tired of seeing all the bullshit lately. I have no problems with anyone on Lake Erie, but I would like to say we are looking forward to a potential matchup in the playoffs. If that happens, let's keep it on the ice fellas
