NCAA Season 5 interest thread

Well season 4 is going to be entering the last week and hopefully the playoffs will start on Monday.

So that said, we need to see if theres enough people interested to run season 5 with this game.

The interest in using weaker teams was split so what we're planning on doing is allowing people to pick any team they want and dividing up the conferences based on team ranking. This way the people that want to use the top teams will play most games against other top teams and vice versa.
If there are enough people hopefully the weaker teams will only have to face a top team in the playoffs.

Some things to note before you sign up:

Schedule will be between 8-10 games depending on how many people join.

Schedule will NOT be completely open. It will be like Madden with 4 or 5 open games and 4 or 5 games that can only be played in the current week.

Season length will be 6-8 weeks depending on the games. I think we can do 8 games in 6 weeks. If its 10 games then maybe 8 weeks.

So post below if you are interested in joining and also if you would want a top rank team or a lower ranked team.. Yes you can change your mind later but i want to get an idea.

hey guys you need to just say if you want a high ranked team or a low rank team.. Team selection is still the same. Musical has the rights to the buckeyes.. etc.

 

Well, not sure what the high teams are. My Utes are like a B+ overall, if thats high, thne I want high.

 

i want low ranked; michigan state ( i guess they're low ranked)...If we do top 25 I'll take tennessee or USC

 

I was thinking about finding a used copy of this game and buying it. If I end up getting it I would be down for a season using the NIU Huskies.

 

sorry for the extra post, but I think we should all use non top 25 teams. I'll play in the league either way though; here's my list of teams either way...

Ohio State if musical doesn't participate or I'll stick with Georgia Tech if he does.

 

I am going to relinquish my "rights" to :nohi: for S5 and maybe S6 depending on when it starts.

If it is possible I would like the "rights" put on hold until I return for S6. If I do not play in S6 I agree that I would have completly given up any rights I may have to :nohi: for any future seasons.

For S5 I would like to see Jcon take :nohi: to the top where they belong.

 

Sorry it doesnt work like that. Only people in the league the previous season are considered returning owners and get rights to their team. Once you are out that no longer applies.

 

i think it's weak to use :nohi: anyway...they're the best team by far
