S17 Possibly Searching for a GM

Originally a Psner, Old tag was Virus_I29I. I applied for owner. Took couple seasons off of PSN and am back from Xbox. I am looking for a player that wants to avoid bidding and not toxic. Looking for a Top D or Forward, preferably a C.

You can do as little or as much as you want and obviously create your own line. I've always been the guy that does the behind the scenes work and has never got credit or asked for credit for the work, that I have done in the past. Feel confident in my managing ability to make a solid team. Some people probably won't agree but that is fine, you are more then welcome to your own opinion.
